Isle of Man |
PeelOur fuel terminal, vehicles and offices are all based in Peel. They were built in 1989 as part of a major strategic project for the island. This required underground fuel pipelines to be laid from the Peel breakwater to our terminal three quarters of a mile away. This meant that we had to carefully avoid Peel castle! When this was completed, the Isle of Man had its second deep-water fuel facility and enabled the MEA to build a new power station.
