When implementing a CO₂ emissions reduction plan for your fleet, the prerequisite is to be able to calculate its CO₂ emissions.

For the launch of TOTALCARD green, TOTAL designed a set of CO₂ reports available on TOTALCARD's secure website: TOTALCARD Online@.

On a monthly basis, these CO₂ reports will be automatically generated using the actual fuel consumption of your fleet.

Based on actual litres and on types of fuels, your CO₂ data will reach a high level of accuracy.

CO₂ information available (at account level and per card):

Your historical data will be saved for 2 years, allowing you to easily track the evolution of your CO₂ emissions.

Other web services

In addition to the CO₂ reports, other web services are available in your TOTALCARD green package:

E-mail alerts

At account level or at card level, you can apply controls to your cards and receive an email alert when cards are used outside the frame.

Possible controls are tank capacity, week ends, bank holidays, MPG…

This service will help you monitor your spending and save time: you will only be alerted if an abnormal transaction takes place.

MPG reports

A vehicle's MPG provides very useful data. It gives you an indication of how the vehicle is driven and/or any possible technical failures (low MPG sometimes means bad vehicle maintenance).

MPG reports will give you greater management of your fleet.
Based on the mileage keyed in at site by your drivers, MPG data is calculated and available once a month on our website.

We also display the last mileage keyed in on site so that you can monitor it online on a daily basis for each vehicle. This will make it easier for you to follow up the life cycle of your vehicles.

Transaction data

Transaction reports are also available with TOTALCARD green:

• Daily transactions: this report will allow you to view your fleet's vehicles' transactions on a daily basis. This is useful to anticipate your next invoice at the end of an invoicing period, and to monitor your fleet's spending.
  
• Invoicing file: this report will allow you to download an electronic file containing your invoice data. You can then use this file for your accountancy and/or load it in your fleet management software.

Thanks to these transaction reports, you can keep an eye on your spending and save administration time.
