What is top-up?
Top Up is our way of making sure you never run out of fuel. Whenever your tank is running low, we'll automatically come and refill it – you don't have to remember to call and place an order.

How will you know when my tank is running low?
We have invested in an innovative software system called Degree Day. By monitoring daily temperatures and your household consumption needs, we can automatically work out when you need a fuel delivery. It's just like being connected to a mains supply, so you never have to worry about running out of fuel.

How much does it cost?
It's free to switch to our automatic Top Up service. As the Degree Day software system is based at our Sales Centres, we don't need to install any equipment at your property – so there's no cost to you.

How can I pay?
To make paying for fuel as easy as possible, we have created Simple Pay. You can spread the cost of your fuel, paying by manageable, monthly Direct Debit. You can use the Simple Pay service even if you don't choose to switch to Top Up.

How do I manage my account?
If you want to make alterations to your account, simply call your local Sales Centre on 08457 240241 (local call rate). Our experienced sales staff will be only too happy to help and can answer any questions you may have.
