TOTAL BUTLER offer competitive prices for your fuel, plus OFTEC has identified that oil is cheaper to run than electricity or LPG once installed. In fact, you could save nearly £1,000 over a seven year period if you use oil instead of electricity.

So what determines the price of heating oil? There are a number of factors, such as the price of crude oil, the $/£ exchange rate and supply versus demand. We also have to consider costs of running the delivery tankers and running the office (eg logistics and sales staff).

Domestic customers buying Home Heating Oil are charged VAT at only 5% for orders of under 2,300 litres. There are also no delivery charges from TOTAL BUTLER – just another way we are helping to keep prices lower for you.

To make paying for your oil even easier to manage, TOTAL BUTLER also offers you a range of payment options, including our Direct Debit scheme, debit card, credit card, bank transfer or cheque. Please note there is a charge for paying by credit card – this is either £5.00 or 1.5% of the total price, whichever is the greater.
